We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund or exchange.
Return Window: We offer a lifetime return window. You may return items at any time.
Return Costs: All returns are free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for any return shipping or restocking fees.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in either new or slightly used condition. This includes items that may have been opened but are still in their original packaging and free from significant damage.
How to Initiate a Return:
1) Please contact our customer support team at contact@gymmolly.com to request a return.
2) Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
3) We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
4) Package the item(s) securely and attach the label.
5) Drop off package
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
For refunds, the full purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For exchanges, a new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for our standard return policy. Please check the product description for any specific return limitations.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in the condition described above or if it shows signs of deliberate damage or abuse.
